An ideal stay! The location is fantastic, right opposite the Principe Pío station, making it easy to explore major attractions. The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, providing great recommendations, including an extraordinary Flamenco performance nearby. The room was clean and spacious with a lovely balcony view of Casa de Campo. Highly recommend!

The staff at Hotel Cason Del Tormes were exceptionally friendly and always willing to offer helpful local tips and recommendations for dining.

One downside was the soundproofing. I could hear conversations and movements from neighboring rooms quite easily.

The hotel's location is an absolute dream, just a 3-minute stroll from the Palace, perfect for soaking in the city's vibrant atmosphere! I was impressed with the cleanliness and inviting ambiance, making me feel right at home. The breakfast buffet was delightful, featuring a fantastic range of local cold cuts and fresh fruits, truly a treat to kickstart my mornings!

I had an awesome time at this hotel, especially enjoying the cold-water fountain in the lobby which came in handy during the summer heat. The free coffee and pastries really made my mornings brighter. The leisure room with comfy seating and board games was perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The only minor downside was that it took a while for the air conditioning to cool down the room, but it didn't ruin my overall experience! 😄
